Sal Khan

Founder & CEO · Khan Academy

Sal Khan is founder and CEO of the education nonprofit Khan Academy and the vision steward of TED, helping to guide the organization’s long-term vision. He has also founded Khan Lab School, an experimental mastery-based model; Khan World School, a global learning platform for middle and high school students; and Schoolhouse.world, a free, peer-to-peer tutoring platform that connects people to mastery learning and community.

Isabelle Hau

Executive Director · Stanford Accelerator for Learning

Isabelle C. Hau is a visionary leader dedicated to transforming the way we nurture and educate our children. As executive director of the Stanford Accelerator for Learning, she leverages brain science and technology to champion innovative, effective, and inclusive learning solutions.

As a successful impact investor, Isabelle previously led the U.S. education practice at Omidyar Network and Imaginable Futures, where she invested in mission-driven organizations. She is the author of Love to Learn: The Transformative Power of Care and Connection in Early Education and writes the popular weekly newsletter Small Talks.

At Stanford University, Isabelle teaches “Design to Equip Learners in Under-Resourced Communities.” She serves on the board of EDC and Sonen, on the steering committee of the EdSAFE AI Alliance, the Brookings Institution Global AI Taskforce, and is a member of the World Economic Forum’s 4.0 Education.

Named one of the 100 most inspiring women by Harvard Business School, Isabelle has also received distinctions in early childhood education and human-centered artificial intelligence. A mother of two, she co-starred with Grover of Sesame Street. Her lifelong professional goal is to bring the love of learning to each and every child.

Alex Kotran

CEO · aiEDU

Alex oversees strategy, partnerships, fundraising, and external relations for the AI Education Project. Prior to founding the AI Education Project, Alex built the AI Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility function for H5, Inc., a pioneering AI company in the legal services sector.

At H5, Alex led strategic partnerships with organizations including the United Nations, NYU School of Law, the OECD, and IEEE to develop judicial education programs and high-profile convenings. Prior to his time in the social impact and nonprofit space, Alex managed brand and policy communications for companies including Oracle, Airbnb, Nissan, HP, Adobe, and SAP.

He was a lead Field Organizer in Columbus, Ohio for the 2012 Obama Campaign and served as a Presidential Appointee under HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell, where he managed communications and community outreach for ACA Open Enrollment, two SCOTUS rulings, and the 2015 Ebola outbreak.

Kip Glazer

Principal · Mountain View High School

Kip Glazer is the author of Ready to Lead with AI: A Practical Guide for School Leaders and the proud Principal of Mountain View High School. Since earning her doctorate in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University in 2015, she has worked with several learning science researchers to bring high-quality research to the classroom and has consulted on several projects funded by the National Science Foundation.

Considered an expert in AI and K–12 school leadership, she was named one of District Administration Magazine’s Top 100 Education Influencers in 2025. She is a CSTA Equity Fellow and a member of Common Sense Media and the EngageAI Practitioner Advisory Board.

She has presented and keynoted at numerous conferences, including ASU+GSV Summit, CITE, ISTE, CoSN, CUE, and many more. She believes in student agency and the importance of school leadership in creating an innovative educational experience for students.

Of all her accomplishments, she is most proud of her two adult sons, who graduated from West Point and are serving in the Army.
