Ways to Participate
We are especially interested in proposals grounded in real practice, research, and lived experience.
Offer bold ideas, critical perspectives, and forward-looking insights that challenge and inspire a diverse audience of educators and innovators.
Lead an interactive, practical, and engaging session for either a small breakout group or larger audience.
Share classroom experiments, research findings, pilot projects, student work, or emerging ideas in a dynamic, conversational format.
Showcase tools and products through thoughtful demos and direct engagement with educators, school leaders, and decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For
Prioritize student learning, student experience, agency, critical thinking, and meaningful engagement.
Show thoughtful integration of AI, not novelty for novelty’s sake or tool demos without learning context.
Connect to classroom practice, research, pilot projects, lived experience, discussion, reflection, or dialogue.
Expo & Sponsorship
We invite organizations committed to thoughtful, educator-centered design to participate in our curated Expo Hall.
Exhibitors must bring their own setup and materials.
Combine Expo participation and sponsorship visibility into one package for maximum engagement and exposure.
