Together While Apart

Throughout remote learning, KLS students have been connecting with one another over music while maintaining physical distancing. Students across Lower School and Upper School have been encouraged to make music together since the beginning of the school year, though the community has experienced a particular uptick in collaborative music-making since becoming remote. To create music together across distance, students have used video conference technology and a range of instruments they have at home. The musical community connections have been strongly supported in music classes.
