Admissions Manager (full-time)
As one of the school’s most visible leaders and spokespeople, the Admissions Manager leads recruitment, enrollment, and matriculation initiatives/events; oversees admissions processes and records; and orchestrates the network of parents, students, and alumni who assist with the admissions program. This individual plays a key role in authentically representing Khan Lab School to all constituents, including prospective families, students, alumni, the KLS team, and our parent community. The Admissions Manager is an ambassador on behalf of the school, a relationship builder, and an integral part of our success as we pioneer a student-centered model of education. Please note that our approach to job titles and responsibilities is to reward sustained high performance in the Admissions Manager role, with the possibility of promotion to Head of Admissions.
Office Administrator (full-time)
The Office Administrator manages the lobby and greeting area of Khan Lab School, interacting with the administration, teachers, students, families, and outside services/vendors. This person guides visitors during the check-in process and serves as the primary point of contact for external constituencies on all matters pertaining to Khan Lab School. The Office Administrator supports the Business Manager in a variety of important areas, including development and fundraising. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with a diverse group of constituents – especially children – while gaining experience in a fast-paced educational environment.

This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who has a passion for math, science, and/or computer science. Through the creation of collaborative projects, engaging demonstrations, and innovative technology applications, the STEM Intern's work will help make the KLS Learning Design accessible to the student community and, potentially, the world.
The role of the KLS Storytelling Intern is to assist in furthering our vision: Designing student-centered global learning experiences, accessible to the world. Through the creation of stories about our school – both written and visual – this student or recent graduate will help make the KLS Learning Design accessible to the local and global community.
This is an opportunity for a student or recent graduate to 1) gain immersive experience in marketing at an internationally recognized nonprofit, 2) get in on the ground floor of KLS as we develop a new model of education, and 3) help build local, national, and global interest in Khan Lab School through strategic marketing initiatives.
